Jim Holas

Vice President - Architecture at Rancho Mission Viejo

Jim Holas has a diverse work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Jim is currently serving as the Vice President of Architecture at Rancho Mission Viejo since September 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director of Architecture at the same company from February 2020 to September 2022.

Before joining Rancho Mission Viejo, Jim worked at William Lyon Homes as the Vice President of Forward Planning from August 2018 to February 2020 and as a Senior Project Manager from March 2018 to August 2018. Jim also had a role as a Senior Project Manager at RSI Communities from May 2017 to March 2018.

Earlier in their career, Jim held the position of Director of Community Development at Shea Homes from January 2006 to May 2017. Jim also worked as a Project Manager at Century Vintage Homes from September 2005 to January 2006, at Empire Land from May 2004 to August 2005, and at Land Concern from 1996 to 2004.

Throughout their career, Jim has gained extensive experience in architecture, planning, project management, and community development.

Jim Holas earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 1991 to 1996. More recently, from 2016 to 2019, they attended Southern New Hampshire University and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management.
