Diane Kincheloe has extensive experience in accounting and payroll management, currently serving as the Accounting Manager/Payroll at Rancho Santiago Community College District since October 2006. Prior to this role, Diane worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Chapman University from January 2001 to January 2017 and held the position of Internal Payroll Supervisor at the Orange County Department of Education from October 1989 to October 2006. Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California State University, Fullerton, earned between 1973 and 1978.
