Sam Nezzer is an experienced educator and real estate broker, currently serving as an instructor at Rancho Santiago Community College District since March 2016, where responsibilities include instructing continuing education courses in workforce preparation, business applications, introduction to computer software, and institutional food preparation certification. In addition to this role, Sam holds positions as an adjunct lecturer at Chaminade University of Honolulu and a lecturer within the University of Hawai‘i System, both since 2021 and 2019 respectively.
