Tyler Noland

Tyler Noland is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leave administration and benefits coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Rancho Santiago Community College District since October 2021, Tyler has also held various roles including Property Manager in a self-employed capacity since April 2009. Previous positions include Sr. HR Representative for Leaves Administration at CalOptima and Benefits and Leaves Coordinator II at North Orange County Community College District. Tyler has a strong background in HR compliance, employee benefits management, and effective communication with employees regarding leave policies. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a minor in Business Administration from UC Irvine.
