Susan Specker

Susan Specker is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at rand* construction corporation since March 2023. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Ankura as People Operations Manager and Manager of People Advisory from July 2020 to March 2023. From June 2018 to July 2020, Susan held the position of Operations Manager and Office Manager at Water Street Partners. At the Center for American Progress, from March 2016 to May 2018, Susan contributed to creating a supportive workplace culture for over 300 staff members as an HR Generalist. Earlier experience includes account management at CEB, where Susan worked with large global organizations including the United Nations, and various roles in client services, sales consulting, and volunteer positions. Susan holds a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
