Tim Stelmach

Tim Stelmach is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Senior Preconstruction Manager at rand* construction corporation since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held senior management positions at i2 Construction, LLP, and MLL, INC, and has also served in various roles including Director of Estimating & Project Management at MLL, INC, and Project Manager at multiple companies, including Trainor Glass Company and Shea Homes. Tim began a career in the construction industry as a Field Engineer at Waner Construction Company and possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, earned from 1996 to 2001.
