Gabriela Blanco is a licensed nutritionist and medical professional with extensive experience in ophthalmology and nutrition. Currently serving as a licensed nutritionist at Nutrium since December 2021, Gabriela also holds positions as a speaker and researcher at E10fitness LLC since October 2019. Prior roles include scientific researcher at Y&A Eyecare and medical director at Ocular Surface Supplies and Tissues Corp. Between 2007 and 2019, Gabriela was a pioneering cornea and ocular surface specialist at Centro Oftalmologico Santa Lucia in Venezuela. With a medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela and specialized training in ocular surface reconstruction from OSREF, Gabriela has contributed significantly to advancements in surgical techniques and product usage in ocular surface reconstruction.
