Jennifer is a goal-oriented and dedicated Vice President with over 15 years’ experience in helping companies achieve digital transformation. She has experience in custom development, ERP and CRM systems, and project management. Jennifer is passionate about learning – both her own personal development and the mentorship and growth of others. She was instrumental in launching the Rand Academy of Professional Services and helps each member of the Rand Group team reach their full potential.
