Roberta Hardy

Roberta Hardy has a diverse work experience. Roberta started their career as a Senior Compensation Specialist at Towers Perrin in 1988 and held this role until 1995. Roberta then worked as a Legal Assistant at James M. Rubino, Attorney from July 2012 to November 2013. Following this, they joined Harrigan Insurance as a Customer Service Representative in November 2013 and served in this role until October 2016. Currently, they are working at Rand Insurance Inc. as an Account Manager since October 2016.

Roberta Hardy earned a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General in 1987 from Northeastern University. Roberta also received a BS degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution during the same time period. Later on, they pursued an MBA in Process Management from Fordham University and completed it in 1996.
