Charlene Ramla

Charlene Ramla is an experienced professional in human capital management, currently serving as Divisional Head of Human Capital and COO - Human Capital at Rand Merchant Bank since October 2005. Prior roles include HR Officer at Khulisa Management Services (Pty) Ltd. and Management of Schools Training Programme (MSTP), as well as HR Project Coordinator at First National Bank.
