Lelo Hadebe

Lelo Hadebe is the Head of Global Securities Solutions Operations at RMB - Rand Merchant Bank, having held various leadership positions since December 2020, including Head of Markets: Trading and Execution Operations and Structured Deal Management and Product Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Business Manager for Markets Africa COO at Absa Group and Head of Product Control at HSBC Global Banking and Markets, with expertise in OTC and Structured transactions across multiple asset classes. Additional roles include Product Controller at Absa Group and Business Analyst at Standard Bank Group through Adaptive Business Consulting, as well as Auditor at Grant Thornton South Africa. Lelo Hadebe holds a BAccSc in Accounting and Finance, a BCompt in Accounting, a Certificate in Financial Instrument Valuations and Risk, and has participated in the LEAD Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
