Sigourney Chinnappen

Sigourney Chinnappen is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Finance Transactor at Rand Merchant Bank, Chinnappen has previously worked as a Contractor in Africa M&A at Vodacom and held a Senior Associate position at Riparian Advisory (Pty) Ltd. Prior roles include Associate positions in the Diversified Lending Group and Structured Trade Finance at Standard Chartered Bank, along with an International Graduate role. Chinnappen began a career in finance as an Intern Product Specialist at PPS Investments. Chinnappen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Cape Town, obtained between 2011 and 2014, and completed secondary education at Springfield Convent Senior School from 2006 to 2010.
