Ginny Mahasha

Ginny Mahasha currently serves as the Head of People Strategy & Analytics at Rand Mutual - RMA, a position held since February 2021, where responsibilities include managing people-related reporting for EXCO, Remco, and the Board. Prior to this role, Ginny was a Human Capital Enablement Manager at Rand Mutual - RMA, focusing on the management and standardization of HR reports. Before joining Rand Mutual, Ginny worked at Hollard Insurance from February 2018 to February 2021 as a Human Capital Business Partner and held various roles including HR Analyst and HR Projects Specialist. Ginny holds a Higher Certificate in Business Management in Project Management and an Honours Degree in Psychology, both from the University of Johannesburg, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution.
