Thulani Sibeko

Thulani Sibeko currently serves as the Group Executive for Social Insurance at Rand Mutual - RMA since September 2024. Prior to this role, Thulani was involved in brand building and business strategy at Sabbatical Break from April 2023 to August 2024. Thulani's extensive experience includes leadership positions at Standard Bank Group as CMO between January 2018 and March 2023, and at Nedbank as CMO and Managing Executive for Group Marketing, Communications, and Corporate Affairs from May 2011 to January 2018. Thulani also held the position of Head of Marketing at Hollard Insurance from September 2010 to May 2011. Thulani possesses significant expertise in strategic thinking and brand development, complemented by advanced education, including an MBA from Henley Business School and ongoing studies at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town.
