Jonathan Nichols

Jonathan Nichols is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Rand Worldwide, Jonathan has previously held positions such as Human Resources Consultant at HR Systems, Human Resources Business Partner at Rocket Carwash, and Senior Human Resources Generalist at City+Ventures. Additional experiences include roles as a Recruiter and Human Resources Manager at Anant, as well as a Human Resources Assistant. Jonathan is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Columbia Southern University and has an Associate's degree in the same field from the Community College of the Air Force.
