Cindy Garcia

Cindy Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food production and veterinary assistance. Currently serving as the Continuous Improvement Manager at Randall Foods since December 2022, Cindy previously held roles as Customer Service Manager and in Research and Development. Prior to this, Cindy worked at Smithfield Foods as a Production Supervisor, leading a team of 108 employees to enhance product quality and efficiency. Additional experience includes roles at All Vet Care Animal Center as a Veterinary Assistant, and various positions in meat production and customer service environments, such as Head Butcher at V. MILLER MEATS, LLC, and Meat Cutter Supervisor at Davis Food Co-op. Cindy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from the University of California, Davis.
