Fernando Morales started their work experience in 2012 as a Public Speaking Coach for the National Hispanic Institute, where they helped teach low-income students the importance of public speaking. In 2013, they worked as a Research Assistant for Carr Communications, conducting primary and secondary research to improve communication between NSAI and Irish farmers. In 2014, they served as a Speech Coach and Coordinator at The University of Texas at Austin, teaching students presentation and communication skills. Fernando then worked as an Events + Marketing Intern at Tribeza Magazine, assisting with event planning, social media management, and content creation. From 2015 to 2017, they held the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Alabama. Fernando joined Randall-Reilly in 2017 as a Performance Marketing Coordinator, responsible for managing paid search and display campaigns. Fernando later progressed to the role of Senior Account Strategist and then Advanced Strategy Manager. Currently, Fernando holds the position of Digital Marketing Director, Advanced Strategy at Randall-Reilly.
Fernando Morales obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin in 2015. Fernando further pursued a Master's Degree in Communication Studies at The University of Alabama, completing it in 2017.
