Joel Cruz

Joel Cruz has a diverse range of work experience in project management roles. Joel started their career as an IT Inventory at Liberty University in 2013. From there, they worked as a Project Control Coordinator at Site Safe Engineering from 2014 to 2016. Joel then joined USDA - OCIO - CTS as a Project Specialist from 2016 to 2018. Joel then moved to the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as an IT Project Manager from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Randall Reilly as a Technical Project Manager, and recently, they have been promoted to the position of Lead Technical Project Manager where they oversee a team of Project Managers and provides strategic leadership to ensure effective project management.

Joel Cruz completed their education with a degree in Information Systems Cognate: Cyber Security from Liberty University in the years 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in 2022, and several other certifications and trainings from LinkedIn in different areas such as remote work, agile methodologies, and software tools.
