Nazerete Belai

Nazerete Belai is a recent graduate from Georgia State University with dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and Management Information Systems. Currently serving as a Data Analysis Intern at Randall Reilly since August 2023, Nazerete utilizes SQL, R Studio, and Tableau for data analysis and maintenance tasks, including data cleaning and backups. Prior experience includes a role as a Remote Call Center Associate at NTT DATA, where Nazerete managed over 50 outbound calls per day related to customer insurance inquiries and updated policy information using Salesforce and Lifesys. Nazerete also worked as a Resident Assistant at Georgia State University, supervising hall residents and organizing programs to enhance community engagement and personal development.
