Dr. Randi Anderson is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling, training, and wellness consulting. Currently serving as an Onsite Wellness Consultant at BHS since June 2021, Dr. Anderson provides essential supportive counseling and wellness training in prominent law firms. As the Owner and Therapist at Randerson Cares, which has operated since 2007, Dr. Anderson emphasizes anti-racist and LGBT-affirming practices while offering counseling and clinical training. Additional experience includes serving as a NYS Article 81 Court Evaluator for NYS Courts and developing curricula for grant-funded programs at the Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging. Dr. Anderson has also contributed to the legal field through roles such as the Lawyer Assistance Program Clinical Coordinator at the New York City Bar Association, providing vital support services for legal professionals. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate in Social Work from Walden University, alongside degrees in Social Work from Hunter College and Law from New York Law School.
