Susan Pepper

Susan Pepper has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Business Services Specialist at Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union since October 2014. In this role, Susan maintains comprehensive knowledge of products and services, providing recommendations for online banking, remote deposit capture, and other financial solutions, as well as pre-qualifying members for various service requests. Previously, Susan worked as a Member Services Specialist and as a Senior Tax Advisor at H&R Block from December 2003 to April 2015. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, and received education from the American School in London.
