Keung Lee MD, PhD has extensive work experience, starting in 1999 as a Medical Director for Randolph Health in Asheboro, NC. Keung also served as a consulting medical director for Cone Health in Greensboro, NC and held various board member, chairman, and committee member roles in both organizations. In 2007, they became a Medical Consultant for Telligen and established Carolina Clinical Research and Consulting as the Owner/Principal Investigator. Dr. Lee also served as a Board Member for Piedmont Integrative Health and held roles as Co-Owner in Viewmont Investment and Viewmont Real Estates Investment. In 2017, they became a Partner for CDI Partners, Leeville Properties, and Leeville Ventures. Keung'smost recent role is Consulting Medical Director for Cone Health, starting in 2017.
Keung Lee MD, PhD obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Binghamton University in 1989. Keung then pursued their medical training at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, where they earned their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in 1996. During their medical studies, they also completed a Master's degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University at Buffalo in 1992. Following their medical training, they joined Yale University for an Internal Medicine Residency Program from 1996 to 1999. Keung Lee MD, PhD conducted research in Microbiology and Immunology during their medical training, resulting in the successful completion of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in 1996. Keung further enhanced their expertise by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Pfeiffer University between 2013 and 2016. In 2017 and 2018, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership to broaden their skills in Physician Leadership.
