David Holmes

David Holmes the Managing Director, has over 25 years of investment banking experience providing capital raising and M&A transaction advice to private equity groups and publicly traded and privately held companies. Mr. Holmes has worked with companies across a range of industries, including general industries, business services, specialty distribution, manufacturing, building products, and transportation and logistics. In addition, Mr. Holmes founded and built a multi-channel retailer with full e-commerce transactional capabilities. The business was sold to a public company.

Mr. Holmes is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.S., Finance) and Dartmouth College (M.B.A., Tuck School).
