Caroline Speicher

Caroline Speicher serves as an Elementary School Teacher at Randolph Township Schools since August 2020 and has taken on the role of Lacrosse Coach at Oak Knoll School since March 2021. In addition, Caroline has been a coach for STEPS LACROSSE, LLC since September 2014 and worked as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Staples High School from March 2019 to August 2020. Previous experiences include a Teacher Intern and Student Teacher position at Trumbull Public Schools during the 2019-2020 academic year, as well as a Summer School Intern role at Hugh J Boyd Jr Elementary School in June 2018. Caroline began their professional journey as a Peer Mentor for Harlem Lacrosse and Leadership from March 2014 to May 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Sacred Heart University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution (2015-2019).
