Kaafi N Shikder

Kaafi N Shikder started their work experience in 2018 as an Industrial Placement Engineer at US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. They gained practical experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, cost analysis, and risk assessment. They also learned about the business operation, supply chain, and market strategy of aerospace industries. In 2018, Kaafi N Shikder also took on the role of Lead Instructor at Thesis Academic Care, where they improved their analytical skills and public speaking capabilities by teaching Mathematics and Chemistry to A-level students. They assessed and evaluated students' performance and conducted necessary tests. Currently, Kaafi N Shikder is working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Randox. They have gained expertise in mechanical design, FMEAs, finite element analysis, PDM, risk assessment, teamwork, and leadership. They have also conducted statistical analysis and verification on multiple projects, ensuring regulatory standards are met. They are part of the engineering design team, working towards meeting design and verification deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Kaafi N Shikder completed a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) from 2015 to 2019. Following that, from 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with Management from Queen's University Belfast.
