Lourdes Vilchez Arbulu has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. They began their career in 2011 as an Interviewer and Translator at Information By Design, where they conducted surveys and translated documents. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an English teacher and International education fair support at the British Council, recruiting students for British universities and delivering master classes. In 2017, they became a Bioscientist at Clinical Lab S.R.L. Chiclayo, specializing in molecular-based diagnostics and handling a high volume of samples. From 2015 to 2019, they served as a Biological and Environmental Project Manager - Thesis assistant at ANA, where they collected and analyzed samples in the field. Currently, since 2021, they are employed as a Staff Scientist at Randox, handling biological samples, designing and using modified ELISA tests, and enhancing protein responses. Lourdes has expertise in laboratory safety and has worked with biological samples of Zika, Dengue, and Chikungunya strains.

Lourdes Vilchez Arbulu began their education in 2004, graduating in 2009 from Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences. Lourdes'snext educational endeavor was at the University of Hull, where they pursued a degree in Zoology from 2010 to 2013. Following that, in 2013 and 2014, they attended Central College of London and obtained a Diploma of Education with a focus on Strategic Management.

In more recent years, from 2019 to 2021, Lourdes furthered their education at Ulster University, earning an MSc in Biomedical Engineering. Additionally, they obtained two additional certifications. In 2018, they completed an Art Director and Graphic Designer course at Computron-Peru, and in 2022, they obtained an ICH-GCP certification in English from Whitehall Training.
