Swati Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Swati is currently working at Randstad Canada as a Professional Services Director in the Finance Project Group. Prior to this, they worked at Freedom Mobile as an Assistant Store Manager, where they focused on staffing, employee training, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Swati also served as a Finance Manager at SWIFT MACHINES PRIVATE LIMITED, where they managed internal and external client relationships and handled labor law compliance and payroll processing. Before that, they worked as an Accountant, responsible for financial reporting, reviewing accounts receivable and accounts payable, and liaising with business partners. Their earliest role was as an Articled Assistant at Gandhi Minocha & Co, where they performed statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
