Izabela Mikulska-Pysiak has extensive experience in recruitment and team management, currently serving as a Regional Manager at Randstad Polska since October 2013, where responsibilities include branch strategy, team efficiency monitoring, sales and recruitment planning, and business development in the South-East region. Previous roles at Randstad include Senior Branch Manager and Project Manager Customer Experience, alongside earlier positions at Start People and Lignar PR. Izabela holds a degree from the University of Warsaw and completed further studies at Kozminski University.
