Raquel Larena

Raquel Larena is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience at Randstad, having served as HR Regional Leader for Large European Countries since April 2025 and as Regional HR Director for South Europe & LATAM since June 2004. Larena has held various significant roles, including Director General of HR, Marketing, Communication, and Product Development, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and digital innovation. Prior to Randstad, Larena worked at Accenture as a Manager overseeing pan-European projects and leading team implementations of tools like SAP and Siebel. Educational qualifications include advanced programs at INSEAD and a Master's in Logistics from APICS, complemented by an engineering degree from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
