Jessica started their career as an Executive Assistant at Quickclick Loans UK LTD, where they played a key role in the expansion of US operations to the UK. Jessica then worked as a Customer Relations Manager at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, where they managed customer issues and built collaborative relationships between different departments.
Following this, they served as a Business Manager at Design Directions International, where they handled financial operations and implemented cost reduction strategies. Jessica later joined Reliable Restoration as a Regional Business Development Lead, where they marketed restoration services to commercial and residential clients.
Jessica's most recent role was at Randstad Digital US. Jessica first served as a Senior Account Executive, connecting companies with tailored IT solutions. Later, they became the Global Technology Director, responsible for building strategic partnerships and creating a unified approach with global customers' IT organizations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Strategic Alliances, where they oversee key programs in multiple business units and industries for Randstad Technologies Group.
