Shannon Lippens

Shannon Lippens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as a Business Enablement Operations Specialist II at Randstad Digital Americas since May 2012. In this role, Shannon manages external talent and opportunity referral bonus programs and acts as the lead subject matter expert on the FLSA Computer Professional Exemption.
