Magdalena Karl

Magdalena Karl is the Head of People & Culture at Randstad Digital Germany and Switzerland since March 2018. Prior to this, Magdalena worked as a HR Manager at Munch Saladsmith in 2015. Magdalena also has experience working as a Recruiter at IBM from March 2017 to February 2018. Magdalena holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspädagogik from Goethe University Frankfurt and a Bachelor of Arts in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Additionally, Magdalena completed an Auslandssemester at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in 2016.
