Nagesh Bailur

Nagesh Bailur is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Randstad India since August 2021, Nagesh drives the finance function and implements strategic changes company-wide. Previously, Nagesh held the position of Global Finance Transformation Leader at LM Wind Power from December 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading transformation activities and overseeing financial operations for the India Region. Nagesh's career also includes significant positions at GE John F Welch Technology Center as Chief Financial Officer and FP&A Leader, and a tenure at Hewlett-Packard Company as Finance Manager. With a solid educational foundation including an ACA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and advanced training from Harvard University, Nagesh possesses a strong background in finance and accounting.
