Samta Lakhani

Samta Lakhani is an experienced Talent Consultant currently at Randstad India since August 2024, following an internship as a Human Resource and Project Manager at Iter Innovandi in April 2024. Previously, Samta served as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Absolute®, managing recruitment efforts across India and Abu Dhabi, successfully increasing the workforce from 50 to 500 employees. Prior roles include Recruitment at CareerNet Technologies, Talent Acquisition Specialist at GlobalHunt, and Senior Recruiter at HitechPeople Inc. Samta also held a position as Practice Lead for International Hiring at Gi Group India and worked as a Functional Associate for domestic recruitment at Tusthi Executive Access And Consultants. Samta holds a B.Com degree from Delhi University and an MBA, complementing a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
