Soheli Sinha Roy possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and business leadership, currently serving as a National Talent Partner for HR & Support in both permanent and temporary recruitment at Randstad India. Previous roles include National Business Head and AVP of Executive Search at Randstad India Pvt Ltd, as well as Practice Head for Consumer/Consumer Tech and Business Manager South.
