Elke de Brabandere

Elke De Brabandere is an experienced professional in the HR services and consulting industries, currently serving as the Business Area Manager for Randstad Norway since September 2021. Prior to this role, Elke was the Business Manager for the National Retail Unit at Randstad Belgium from January 2019 to August 2021. Previous experience includes positions as HR Business Partner at Haystack Research Consulting, Independent Trainer & Consultant, and Business Consultant at QRP International. Elke began a career in consulting and business development at IBM, where roles included Business Developer and Account Manager, from June 2003 to September 2011. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Roman Languages from KU Leuven and studies at Università degli studi Roma TRE.
