Karin Habegger

Karin Habegger has been with Randstad Switzerland since July 2007, serving in various leadership roles, including Head of (medical) cross-border talent acquisition & HR-Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing the Healthcare & Cross-Border Recruitment Team. Other positions held include Business Lead for HR concepts and processes, and Digital Workstream Lead, focusing on agile development of HR and recruiting solutions. Prior to Randstad, Karin Habegger worked at Die Schweizerische Post in various roles from April 1988 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree from London Business School in Leading Transformation in a Digital Age and certifications in leadership and management from SVF and NBW.
