Kerstin Lehnert has extensive work experience in marketing and communication roles. Kerstin started their career in 2007 at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Management AG, where they worked as a PR & Communication Specialist until 2013. In 2013, they joined Randstad (Schweiz) AG as a Communication Specialist and later progressed to become a Marketing Manager and subsequently a Marketing Director. From 2021, they have been serving as the Marketing Director at Randstad Switzerland.

Kerstin Lehnert completed the Senior Executive Program at INSEAD from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business for the Professional Services Leadership Initiative. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Squared Online from Squared Online in August 2017 and in Inbound Certification from HubSpot in July 2016.
