Larry Worth

Larry Worth is an experienced executive with a strong focus on workforce solutions and services for individuals with disabilities. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Global Solutions at Rangam Consultants Inc. since October 2019, Larry oversees the company's disability hiring program, SourceAbled. Prior to this role, Larry held the position of Vice President at NEXT for AUTISM, where innovative programs for individuals with autism were developed and supported. Larry has also worked as Executive Director at the ViaQuest Foundation and ViaQuest, Inc., driving diversity and inclusion initiatives within the health and human services industry. Furthermore, Larry has experience as Director of Day Array at the Association for the Developmentally Disabled and has held operations management roles in other companies. Larry holds a BA in Business Administration from Franklin University and has a background in various executive and managerial positions spanning over a decade.
