David Gibson

David Gibson is a Board Member at Rangatira Investments. Prior to that, they were an Independent Director at Trustpower from September 2020 to March 2022. David has also served as a Board Member at Diocesan School for Girls from December 2018 to May 2021. Their other previous companies include New Zealand Media & Entertainment and Craigs Investment Partners, where they were a Director from January 2010 to January 2013. Prior to that, they worked at Deutsche Bank for 16 years, Co-Heading Deutsche Craigs. David has also worked as an Executive at Cameron & Company and as part of the Graduate Programme at Lion Co.

David Gibson's educational career began at the University of Canterbury, where they studied law and commerce and earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B. Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). David then went on to study at Kings College in Auckland, where they became Head of Marsden House. Their final educational position was as Head Boy at King's School.
