Jay del Caro

Jay Del Caro has extensive experience in the mental health and healthcare sectors, currently serving as a motivational speaker and recruiter at Range Mental Health Center since January 2015. In this role, Jay focuses on motivational speaking at high schools and colleges and recruits Licensed Practical Nurse students for new hire opportunities. Additionally, Jay has been working as an ACT Team LPN for Mesabi ACT Team since December 2021 and previously served as a Detox LPN at Range Treatment Center from December 2015 to December 2021.
