Brad Vanpelt

Brad VanPelt has a diverse work experience. From 2013 to the present, they have held various roles at Range USA, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Store Operations. In these positions, they focused on aligning business strategies with operational priorities, designing cost-effective programs, and identifying process changes to drive sales agendas. Prior to Range USA, Brad worked as an Operations Management Trainee at Hydro Systems Company and as a Team Leader in the US Army. Brad also has experience as a Night Supervisor at Siler's Beverage.

Brad VanPelt's educational history begins in 2002 when they attended UC Clermont College and obtained an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Brad then pursued a Bachelors Degree in Applied Administration at the University of Cincinnati from 2013 to 2014. Continuing their education, Brad VanPelt enrolled at Thomas More University in 2017 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2018. In terms of certifications, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2023.
