Charlotte Marchant

Charlotte Marchant is an accomplished Sales Manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service within regulated industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager for EMEA at Ranger Air Aviation Ltd since October 2019, Charlotte previously held the role of Sales Executive EMEA in the same company. Prior experience includes leading a Quality Assurance team at MotoNovo Finance and serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Coach for Conduit Global, where responsibilities included acting as Quality Assurance Manager and improving customer experiences aligned with FCA regulations. Charlotte's career began in customer service roles at British Gas and included supervisory positions at Kingston University Student Union and administrative duties at Next Group PLC.
