Ei/Eit Willy Minaya

Willy Minaya, EI/EIT, possesses extensive experience in engineering roles across various projects within the construction industry. Currently, as a Project Engineer at Ranger Construction Industries, Inc. since January 2016, Willy provides comprehensive engineering support, ensuring compliance with project specifications while managing technical aspects and communication among project participants. Prior positions include Project Engineer at The Walsh Group, where Willy handled field engineering and documentation, Office Engineer at Black & Veatch focusing on change orders for the Puerto Rico Sewer Authority, and other engineering roles at CDM Smith, DPA Engineering, and Jose Balzac, Inc. Academically, Willy earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
