Ponch Frank, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Ponch started their career as a Project Engineer at Ranger Construction Industries, Inc. in 2002 and later progressed to become a Project Manager and then Construction Manager. In 2011, they were promoted to Vice President and eventually became the Vice President of Plant Operations in 2017.
