Richard Saltzman

Mr. Saltzman is currently a Senior Advisor to, and Advisory Board Member of, Ranger Global Real Estate Advisors.

Mr. Saltzman has more than 41 years of experience in global financial services and the real estate investment business. Most recently, he was President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Colony Capital, Inc. (NYSE: CLNY). During a greater than 15 year tenure, he helped lead the transformation of the firm from a single opportunistic global strategy with approximately $3 billion of assets under management to a more multi-faceted diversified real estate investment manager and owner with approximately $43 billion of assets under management.

Mr. Saltzman received his Bachelor of Arts from Swarthmore College in 1977 and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University in 1979.
