Kristie OConnor has extensive experience in sales and project management, currently serving as Contracts & Projects Manager and formerly as Sales Operations & Projects Manager at Ranger - Lifting | Rigging | Safety since August 2010. In these roles, Kristie is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of Lifting, Rigging & Safety solutions across various industries, while building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Prior to Ranger, Kristie worked as a Sales Consultant at Pink Hygiene Solutions, focused on managing a SME client base and business development, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Group, specializing in solution selling for recruitment needs. An earlier position included Area Manager & Formal Hire Manager at Roger David Stores Pty Ltd. Kristie holds multiple certifications from the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association and a Certificate IV in Employment Services from RMIT University.
