Arlene Sinclair

Arlene Sinclair has extensive experience in child wellbeing and protection within sports organizations. Currently serving as the Child Wellbeing & Protection Officer at Rangers Football Club since July 2018, Arlene previously co-founded Child Friendly Culture from October 2017 to October 2020. Arlene held the position of Children's Rights and Wellbeing Officer at the Scottish Football Association between September 2016 and June 2018, following a role as Education Development Officer at Netball Scotland from May 2010 to August 2016. Arlene began their career in sports administration as an Administrator for the Glasgow Netball Association from November 2004 to May 2010. Arlene's educational background includes attendance at Lodge Park Comprehensive from 1977 to 1982 and Tresham College.
