Fraser Murray has a diverse background in the football industry, starting off as a Youth Academy Coach at Motherwell Football Club before transitioning to various roles at Rangers Football Club including Head of Scouting Operations, Scouting Insights Manager, Recruitment Analyst, Technical Scout, and Academy Performance Analyst. Fraser Murray holds a Master of Research (MRes) in Sports and Exercise from the University of the West of Scotland, building on their BSc (Hons) in Sports Coaching received from the same institution.
