Jim Mauck

Jim Mauck serves as the Chief Financial Officer at RangeWater Real Estate since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jim held the CFO position at RPM from March 2021, following the merger of RPM and CF Real Estate Services. Jim's extensive financial leadership experience includes serving as CFO at CF Real Estate Services LLC from 2016 to March 2021, Key Property Services from 2014 to 2016, eMag Solutions, LLC from 2011 to 2014, and Miles Properties, Inc. from 2007 to 2011. Previously, Jim worked at Pulte Homes in various roles, including VP-Finance and Controller. Early career experience includes positions at US Airways as Manager of External Financial Reporting and as a Staff Accountant at KPMG. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from Virginia Tech.
